Description

Adolf Brunner wrote orchestral, choral and chamber music. A particular concern was the renewal of Protestant church music. He died in Thalwil in 1992. The present work was played in 1985. It was written for soloists, two choirs, orchestra and organ: "This recording is of particular value, because I was present at all stages during its preparation, and was completely satisfied with the result" (Adolf Brunner).
